Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

At GoodieBagShop.com, we’re committed to creating a better life for cats — and cat parents. We understand that finding the right product can take a little trial and error, and we’re here to help make that process smooth and fair.


1. General Return Policy

We accept returns on most products within 14 days of receipt — for any reason, as long as the item:

  • Is unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition

  • Has all original packaging, tags, manuals, and parts

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Items returned without approval or via “Return to Sender” may be subject to non-refundable shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.


2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept “Change of Mind” returns (e.g., wrong size or style) under these conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • The original shipping cost (even if it was listed as “free”) will be deducted from your refund

  • No restocking fee applies for eligible “Change of Mind” returns

Please note: We cannot accept returns on customized, personalized, or clearance items.


3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt

  • Provide photos (or videos if applicable) of the issue

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping


4. Warranty Coverage

All non-consumable products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Has a major fault or was not as described

  • Is unsafe, low quality, or unfit for purpose

For minor issues, we will repair, replace, or refund the item within a reasonable time. Proof of purchase is required.


5. Litter-Robot Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty

90-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Try the Litter-Robot 3 Connect, Litter-Robot 3 Standard, or Litter-Robot 4 in your home for 90 days. If you or your cat aren’t satisfied for any reason, return it within that timeframe for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • All original packaging and parts must be included and cleaned

Accessories are excluded from this guarantee unless shipped in the same box as the Litter-Robot.


24-Month Warranty

Our Litter-Robot models are backed by a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
We’ll repair or replace faulty units during this period, provided:

  • The issue is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper use, or unauthorized repair

  • The product hasn’t been modified or altered

  • Proof of purchase is provided


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly via third-party systems, so we are often unable to cancel or amend an order after it is placed.

  • Please double-check your order confirmation carefully

  • If you notice an error, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help

Do not return items via “Return to Sender” as this may incur unrecoverable shipping costs.
